Riding Club Events 2021
Dressage, Showjumping and Showing competitions are held throughout the year and we hold an Annual Show in May, with Dressage & Showjumping shows held weekly throughout the Summer.
For Riding Club members there is a Summer points league, so why not join and have a chance to become one of the Dressage and Showjumping Champions of the year!!
Along with competitions, Back Lane Riding Club also hold regular clinics with flatwork and jumping instructors, social nights and our annual camp, all aimed at helping you and your horse to improve all year round.
How do I Join?
To join the Back Lane Riding Club, please download the application form, complete and post/bring to the Riding School. Alternatively, you can call in at the Riding School and complete the form there.
Please note that in order to receive Riding Club discounts and points in the competitions, you MUST be a member of the Back Lane Riding Club. (Points are awarded from the date you become a Riding Club member, no points gained at shows prior to membership commencing will be carried forward.)
Membership runs from 1st January to the 31st December.
The cost to join Back Lane Riding Club is £20.00 (annual fee)

Dressage
If you love dressage or want to try a new discipline this year, then why not take part in our Summer Dressage Season.
With the chance to pick up points at each show and discount for members, this is a great opportunity to compete in a friendly environment.
These shows are open to both the general public and Back Lane Riding School clients (horses available to hire).

Showjumping

Annual Show
Our Annual Show is held in May. With a combination of in-hand & ridden showing, as well as show jumping, there is a class for everyone. This show is open to everyone with classes to suit all.

Clinics & Events
Throughout the year there will be various clinics with different instructors, social evenings, unmounted educational events and training sessions. These clinics will be open to all Back Lane Riding Club members, and for the mounted ones, either on their own horses or through hiring horses from Back Lane (subject to hiring conditions).
