How do the points work?
It's simple, points make prizes!
If you would like the chance to become one of the 2020 Dressage Champions, then you need to become a member of the Back Lane Riding Club (which also entitles you to discounts)
Points will be given to horse &rider combinations (who are members) placed 1st to 5th. (Points are awarded from the date you become a Riding Club member, no points gained at shows prior to membership commencing will be carried forward.) At the end of the season all the points will be added together to give the Champion and Reserve Champions.
Who can do the shows?
The shows are open to everybody, So you can either bring your own horse, or hire a horse from the riding school. You can even compete in the shows riding Side Saddle!

Other Information
The shows are unaffiliated but run in accordance to British Dressage rules with BD judges.
Back Lane Riding Club T & Cs 2020
The correct dressage attire should be worn during the competition, including the use of BD legal bits.

Test Reading
As from 2016, everyone who would like a test reading, from an Instructor based at Back Lane Stables, will be required to pay a £1 charge per test. This charge can be made payable on the day of the show.
